DioZuz Terms & Conditions

Welcome to DioZuz. By downloading, installing, or using DioZuz, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

A. Purpose of DioZuz

• DioZuz is an educational wellness and entertainment application.
• It is intended to help users monitor personal trends through self-reported data and interactive performance games.
• DioZuz is NOT a medical device, professional breathalyzer, or diagnostic tool.

B. Eligibility & Use

• You must be of legal drinking age in your specific country or region to use this app.
• You agree to use the application solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.
• Any use of the application while performing hazardous activities (such as driving) is strictly prohibited.

C. User Responsibility

• You hold sole responsibility for your decisions regarding alcohol consumption.
• The developers of DioZuz are not liable for any actions, legal consequences, or safety incidents arising from your choice to drink or your interpretation of the app’s data.

D. Self-Reported Information

• The accuracy of DioZuz depends entirely on the honesty and precision of your input (Weight, Gender, Drink Count, etc.).
• Incorrect data will lead to inaccurate results.

E. Intellectual Property

• All code, designs, and branding (including the name “DioZuz” and game titles) are the intellectual property of the developers.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute any part of this application.

F. Disclaimer of Warranties

• DioZuz is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free or that its estimates will match professional medical equipment.

DioZuz is built on a Local-First philosophy. We believe your personal habits should stay on your personal device.

A. Data Storage

• All app data is stored locally on your device using Hive.
• The stored data is kept as standard binary files on the device's local storage.
• This includes:
  • Body weight and gender.
  • Drink and water counts.
  • Biometric game scores and baseline history.
  • Guardian contact information.

B. No Cloud Sync / No Sale

• We do not upload your data to any cloud servers.
• We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties.
• Your locally stored app data is not accessible to the developers or external advertisers through DioZuz cloud services.

C. Hardware Permissions

• Microphone: Used only during audio tests to analyze vocal energy.
• Camera: Used only during vision tests to track eye probability.
• Sensors: Used for motion and balance analysis.
• Audio and video streams are processed in real time on-device and are never recorded or saved as files.

D. Data Deletion

• You have full control.
• You can permanently delete all data by using the “Reset App” feature in Settings or uninstalling the application from your device.

A. Not a Substitute for Professional Tools

• DioZuz is NOT a certified safety device.
• It cannot measure your Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC).
• A “Sober” or “Good” score in a game does NOT mean you are legally or physically fit to drive.

B. The “Never Rely” Rule

• NEVER use DioZuz to decide whether it is safe to drive or operate machinery.
• If you have consumed any alcohol, the only safe decision is to not drive.
• Always arrange alternative transportation (Taxi, Ride-share, or Designated Driver).

C. Physical Limitations

• Alcohol affects every body differently based on food intake, medication, fatigue, and individual metabolism.
• No mobile game can account for these biological complexities with 100% certainty.

D. Emergency Notice

• If you or someone around you exhibits signs of alcohol poisoning (confusion, seizures, slow breathing, or inability to wake), do not use this app. Call emergency services immediately.

E. Acceptance of Risk

• By clicking “I AGREE” in the app, you acknowledge that you use DioZuz at your own risk and that you waive any legal claims against the developers for incidents arising from alcohol impairment or app usage.
